James H. White, II died Friday, August 31, 2018, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 63.
Born in New Brunswick, he was a lifelong resident of the family homestead in Franklin Park. James was a trained diesel and heavy equipment mechanic and followed in his Uncle Charles' footsteps as a mechanic for Franklin Township where he worked for over 20 years before his retirement.
He was predeceased by his father James H. White. Surviving are two sons – James L. White and Adam J. White, both of Franklin Park; his mother Hazel (Voorhees) White of Franklin Park; two sisters – Cheryl Youngman of North Brunswick and Kathleen White of Whiting; and three grandchildren – Adam J., Aiden and Kylee. He will also be deeply missed by his nephew Eric Youngman; and his niece Julie Youngman.
Vitiation will be from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday, September 3, 2018 at Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick. Private cremation will follow.
