Mike was , as the saying goes, a True Christian Gentleman. He was respectful and kind to all who knew him. At New Lisbon where he worked, he was the same person to all from the Housekeeper to the C E O all were his friends. Mikes strongest attribute was his ability to serve his patients with a relaxed manner that would convey respect and trust.
